AI Voice Agent is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using this service you agree to these terms.

The service

AI Voice Agent is a demonstration of a real-time AI voice receptionist. You speak through your browser microphone; your speech is transcribed, an AI model responds as a restaurant receptionist named James, and the response is spoken back to you. The agent can discuss table reservations and a small demonstration menu, and can produce a summary of your call.

Demonstration only - no real bookings or orders

This is a technology demo, not a real restaurant. Any reservation or food order the agent appears to take is simulated: nothing is booked, prepared, delivered or charged. Menu items and prices shown are the demonstration data built into the demo. Do not rely on the service for an actual reservation or order.

AI output

All agent responses are generated by artificial intelligence and speech recognition can mishear words; responses may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing the on-screen transcript and call summary rather than relying on them as records of anything.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, abusive or deceptive, and do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service or to make it produce content outside its receptionist role. We may end any call or block access that violates these terms. Microphone access is required for the demo; if you decline it, the voice features cannot work.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Voice quality, latency and results vary with your connection and device, and we may change or discontinue the demo at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (the demo is free, so this amount is zero in most cases).
